Rogelio Vázquez
Shelter Operations Director at American Industries Group serving manufacturing companies to successfully start up in Mexico. On his previous positions, he accumulated over 10 years of experience of successful startup of manufacturing operations as a Plant Manager of three new facilities, one dedicated to automotive harnesses and two focused on medical devices. He has 12 more years of experience in facilitating operation startups for different manufacturers (Shelter). This covered establishing the necessary procedures and good practices in Human Resources, Customs, Purchasing of non-productive material, Accounting, Facility maintenance and Customer service in order to work in Mexico in a Maquiladora Industry environment. He was previously involved in Human Resources (recruitment and selection, personnel development, training, labor, wages and benefits) for 7 years. He has also taken diverse positions at the Maquila Association of Chihuahua (AMEAC).

Claudia Rivera
With over 20 years in the area, Ms. Rivera oversees the Customs and Logistics operations for American Industries since 1997. Mrs. Rivera regularly supports the national Maquila Association in submitting and discussing change proposals for regulatory issues to the Mexican Customs Agency. |
Patricia Loya
As Controller, Ms. Loya manages the operations of the Financial and Accounting areas for Shelter operations in American Industries. She holds a CPA degree from the University of Chihuahua and has more than 15 years of experience in Shelter operations. |
José Núñez
Mr. Nuñez is Business Development Executive and Human Resources Manager, and has been with American Industries since 2005. Prior to this position he served as Shelter Operations Executive, Human Resources Manager and Training Manager for global corporations. Mr. Nuñez has an active participation in Automotive and Aerospace Clusters in the region and has helped more than 20 companies to “soft land” in Chihuahua region. He has an Industrial Relations Bachelor Degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua and Master’s degree in HR administration from the University of Chihuahua. Mr. Nuñez is associated master degree professor at local University.
